Wainiha Flood Mitigation Survey
Information from this survey will be combined to form a Community-based Wainiha Flood Mitigation Recommendations Report, including maps and models, which will be shared online, publicly with community members and government. This information will also inform the Hanalei to Hā`ena Community Disaster Resilience and Climate Change Adaptation and Justice Plan, funded by KEMA and led by the Hanalei Watershed Hui, to support local adaptation and resilience measures, to be shared publicly in December 2022.
